OneCalifornia Bank will improve economic opportunity for low- to moderate-income communities. We'll help people increase their wealth, grow their small and medium-size businesses and enhance the financial strength of their nonprofit organizations. With our first facility and home office, we’re focusing on Oakland neighborhoods. We'll also serve other communities in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We partner with respected community institutions to provide banking services for individuals and families, small and medium-size businesses, nonprofit organizations, affordable-housing developers and community facilities. We offer complete, fair and easy-to-understand services.

We’ll maintain a “Dual Bottom Line,” meeting our social mission goals while operating in a safe, sound and sustainable manner. Our plans include expanding to serve other communities throughout the state.

Banking services are integrated with financial literacy, technical assistance and business education supported by OneCalifornia Foundation, which hosts a walk-in facility next door to the bank.  We encourage financial literacy among our customers and within the greater community.
